Egg-zactly what worked for me

I lost over 20 pounds in the last 5-6 months by doing nothing different than eating eggs for breakfast and not eating cereal. Part of it has to do with protein. Eggs are a very good source of protein for building muscle. More muscle burns more fat. They do however contain high levels of cholesterol, but our bodies also make cholesterol. When we consume foods that have cholesterol in them, our bodies produce less cholesterol to maintain a safe balance. Recent studies have found that cholesterol actually repairs brain damage. More accurately, the abundance of Choline in eggs is what repairs the brain. Women that are pregnant should eat eggs to prevent birth defects and for healthy brain development of their baby.  Eggs are very good for feeling full longer, which naturally helps with losing weight. They are loaded with vitamin A, which is good for our hair, nails, skin and eyes. With a bunch of Amino acids and minerals to boot, eggs ARE all that they are cracked up to be.
