I lost over 20 pounds in the last 5-6 months by doing nothing different than eating eggs for breakfast and not eating cereal. Part of it has to do with protein. Eggs are a very good source of protein for building muscle. More muscle burns more fat. They do however contain high levels of cholesterol, but our bodies also make cholesterol.
